Web Development Roles

Web Developer/Multimedia Designer, Web Developer/Programmer

Main Function: Develop technology solutions to address clients' needs and objectives in a team environment with interactive strategists, project managers, and creative teams

Reports To: Senior Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

Web Developer/Multimedia Designer

  • Conception, design and implementation of websites and multimedia projects
  • Address HTML and scripting compatibility issues between different browsers and computing platforms
  • Manage website content

Web Developer/Programmer, Database Programmer

  • Conception, design, development, documentation, implementation and maintenance of Internet-based applications using SQL Server and ASP
  • Translate client specifications into SQL applications that access multiple platforms, repositories, and data warehouses
  • Assist in maintenance and development of online business initiatives and corporate websites

 

Project Management Roles

Project Manager, Project Administrator, Senior Project Manager, Senior Project Administrator

Project Manager, Project Administrator

Reports To: Senior Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of digital solutions from the design process through to the finished state for internal and external clients
  • Provide a single point of contact for projects
  • Take projects from proposal approval through to final implementation
  • Oversee/coordinate all aspects of project implementation, serve as contact between clients and internal departments (client service, creative, digital)

Senior Project Manager, Senior Project Administrator

Reports To:VP, Digital

Primary Responsibilities:

    Manage the web development and project management teams
  • Development/implementation of digital solutions from the design process through to the finished state for internal and external clients
  • Provide a single point of contact for projects
  • Take projectts from proposal approval through to final implementation
  • Oversee/coordinate all aspects of project implementation, serve as contact between clients and internal departments (client service, creative, digital)

 

 

Strategy Role

Interactive Strategist

Reports To:VP, Digital

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients and internal account service and creative departments
  • Develop effective strategies and solutions that incorporate interactive technology, including media plan consultation and the development of websites and multimedia solutions
  • Maintain up-to-the-second industry knowledge
